How to Make a Steak Marinade


Red wine and herb
  • 2/3 cup red wine

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 1/2 garlic cloves, crushed

  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped rosemary

  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped thyme

  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley


  • Combine all the ingredients in a zip lock bag

    Place steaks in the zip lock bag and seal. (best if you squeeze the air out)

    Place in refrigerator for at least an hour

    Spicy Asian
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • 2 tablespoons ginger, finely chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley


  • Combine all the ingredients in a zip lock bag

    Place steaks in the zip lock bag and seal. (best if you squeeze the air out)

    Place in refrigerator for at least an hour

    Asian
  • 1 cup italian dressing

  • 1/4 cup say sauce


  • Combine all the ingredients in a zip lock bag

    Place steaks in the zip lock bag and seal. (best if you squeeze the air out)

    Place in refrigerator for at least an hour
