How to Make Chicken Enchiladas


Ingredients
  • 1 package corn tortillas

  • 4 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped

  • 8 oz sour cream

  • 8 oz heavy whipping cream

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 1 16 oz package monterey jack cheese

  • 1 tablespoon butter


  • Directions

    Heat skillet and place chicken, butter, and onion. Saute.

    Place a portion of the chicken mix on corn tortillas and roll.

    Line rolls in baking dish.

    Combine sour cream and heavy whipping cream and pour over rolled tortillas.

    Spread cheese over top.

    Bake at 375F until cheese bubbles
