How to Make Chili


Ingredients
  • 1 lbs ground beef

  • 1 lbs stew meat (beef)

  • 1 large onion, chopped

  • 1 green pepper, chopped

  • 1 8oz can tomato soup

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

  • 1 teaspoon kosher sale

  • 1 16 oz can kidney beans, drained (optional)


  • Directions

    Heat a frying pan and add ground beef, stew meat, onion, and green pepper until meat is browned. Transfer to stock pot.

    Add remaining ingredients to stock pot.

    Cook on low heat 8 to 10 hours.
