Try these chewy chocolate chip cookies
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
3/4 cup salted butter, melted
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 325F
Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl and set aside
Mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar in a bowl. Beat in vanilla and eggs until creamy.
Sift the flour mixture into the cream mixture until well blended
Mix in the chocolate chips
Grease a cookie sheet and drop 1/4 cup dough at a time about 3 inches apart
Bake for 15 to 17 minutes OR until edges are lightly brown
Let cookies cool then serve
